Starting are outfielders Brock Davis, Aaron Pointer and Jim Wynn, infielders Rusty Staub, Joe Morgan, Sonny Jackson and Glenn Vaughan, catcher Jerry Grote and 17-year-old pitcher Jay Dahl. Despite four future All-Stars, the Mets prevail, 10-3.
