Aug 26 1962 - Snapping a nine-game losing skid, the Colts sweep a twinbill from the Reds, 2-1 and 6-4. Lefty George Brunet scatters five hits in the opener, outdueling Jim Maloney. In the nightcap, Johnny Temple, a former All-Star in Cincy, singles home the winning runs in the ninth inning before Jim Umbricht strikes out the side to finish the sweep. Jim Campbell adds a two-run homer for Houston.

Apr 17 1963 - Backup catcher Jim Campbell homers in the 13th for a 2-1 triumph over the Giants. The Colts' other run comes when Howie Goss, Carroll Hardy and Bob Aspromonte successfully execute a triple steal.

Jun 02 1963 - Catcher Jim Campbell singles home the game-winner in a 3-1, 17-inning triumph over the Milwaukee Braves . Campbell catches the entire game and adds three hits as well.
