A righthander from Rockingham, NC, Moehler (pron: MOH-ler) came up with Detroit and won 48 games with them over a seven-year stretch. After a year with Cincinnati, the swingman signed with the Astros for 2003 before he was sidelined by injury after three starts.

Moehler resurfaced with the Marlins in 2005 and returned to the Astros in 2007, pitching the final four seasons of his big league career. Overall for Houston, he was 21-28 with a 4.97 ERA in 125 games. For his 14-year career, Moehler posted an 84-107 record with a 4.81 ERA.
