The righthander spent six seasons with the Tigers, Royals and Mariners from 1991-1996 and it appeared his big league career was over but he resurfaced with the Astros in 2000 and appeared in five games, posting no record and a 11.57 ERA. He finished his career the following season in Tampa. Overall, his career mark was 23-17 over eight seasons with a 4.43 ERA and nine saves.
