A first-round draft pick of the Astros in 1975, Michael Duane McLaughlin debuted with Houston the following year. Over four seasons, he compiled a 9-15 record with a 3.90 ERA, four complete games (including two shutouts) and eight saves. He was dealt to the Braves during the 1979 season for reliever Frank LaCorte then spent two seasons with Oakland. Overall, he notched a 10-20 career mark with a 4.49 ERA. |
