Michael Dennis Kelleher was a weak-hitting shortstop that was originally drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was purchased by Houston after the 1973 season and hit .158 in 19 games for the Astros. The next winter, Houston sold him back to the Cards.
A year later, he resurfaced with the Cubs and spent five seasons there before he split time in 1982 between the Tigers and Angels for his big league finale. Overall, Kelleher hit .213 with no homers in 11 seasons.
